It’s not without rivals, and I’m looking here and the Acer Aspire S7-393 and even the Core M Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro and Asus Zenbook UX305, plus the other devices that will be released in the future, including that rumored 12 inch Macbook Air. For everyone else, I believe the XPS 13 can be a solid option if you need a compact, well built and fast computer for everyday activities. I’m loosing on ports and typing experience, but I’m gaining plenty, so I’m happy to make the switch. For me is a lighter, smaller, faster and longer lasting computer than my old ThinkPad. In the end, when I draw the line, the reviewed Dell XPS 13 model is a good buy. On the other hand, the proper priced options lack a touchscreen, so if you're not a big fan of matte panels, you're going to have to pay a lot for a model configured to your needs.
